[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시 평생학습관은 2022년 우수 평생학습 동아리로 선정된 10개팀 100여 명의 동아리 구성원들을 대상으로 워크숍을 오는 27일 강릉녹색도시체험센터에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.

강릉시는 2010년부터 “우수 동아리 지원사업”을 통해 강릉시 관내에서 활동하고 평생학습관에 등록되어있는 60여 개 학습동아리를 대상으로 보조금 공모사업을 진행해 왔으며, 2019년부터는 “평생학습 동아리 활성화 지원사업”으로 확대 개편하여, 우수 동아리 보조 사업은 물론 공간 지원, 동아리 역량 강화 워크숍 등으로 지원 영역을 확대하였다.

평생학습관 관계자는 “이번 워크숍은 특강을 비롯하여 액션러닝 조별 활동, 동아리 공연 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 코로나로 인해 침체되어 있는 동아리 활동이 이번 워크숍을 계기로 활기를 되찾을 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
