[안종욱 기자 = 가평군] 가평군은 지난 30일 오전 이태원 참사 관련해 긴급회의를 개최했다고 31일 밝혔다. 

이날 회의에서 불의의 사고로 돌아가신 분들의 명복을 빌고 부상을 입으신 분들의 빠른 회복을 빌었으며, 국가애도기간 중 군 주관으로 개최되는 행사를 취소하기로 함에 따라 31일 개최예정인 제20회 가평군수기 및 협회장배 골프대회는 취소됐다. 

서태원 가평군수는 31일 군 대응방안 관련 확대회의를 개최해 향후 각종 행사 개최시 안전관리 사전점검과 국가애도기간 중 공직기강 확립 및 회식, 음주자제 등을 지시했다.

또한, “불의의 사고로 돌아가신 분들의 명복을 빌고 부상을 입은 분들이 빨리 회복되기를 기원한다“ 며 ”비통에 잠긴 유가족에게 깊은 위로의 말씀을 드린다“고 말했다.
