의정부시 드림스타트 센터는 2012년부터 현재까지 취약계층 아동 및 가족을 대상으로 건강, 영양, 문화, 복지 등의 맞춤형 통합서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 전담공무원과 전문 아동통합사례관리사 6명이 배치되어 서비스 대상 아동이 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다고 했다.

의정부시 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터는 다양한 가족에 대한 보편적·포괄적 서비스를 제공하는 건강가정지원센터와 다문화가족의 안정적인 정착과 가족생활을 지원하는 다문화가족지원센터를 2017년부터 통합·운영해 관내 다양한 가족 유형에 따른 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고 있다고 전했다.
