[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 4월 19일, 의정부시 드림스타트는 정서적 어려움을 겪고 있는 드림스타트 아동 및 양육자를 위한 심리검사·치료 서비스 제공 관련 업무협약을 경기도의료원 의정부병원과 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약을 계기로 심리검사·치료 지원 외에 전반적인 취약계층 의료지원과 관련해 앞으로 의정부시 드림스타트와 경기도의료원 의정부병원이 함께 상호 교류하며 긴밀한 협력체제를 구축하기로 협의했다고 전했다.

의정부시 드림스타트의 ‘사랑해 마음아’는 지난 2013년 4월부터 시작된 사업으로, 빈곤·가족해체·학대 등의 사유로 전문적인 심리치료가 필요한 드림스타트 아동 및 양육자를 대상으로 심리검사와 심리치료를 지원해 아동통합사례관리를 효과적으로 추진하는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다고 했다.

류윤미 여성가족과장은 “경기도의료원 의정부병원과의 협약으로 취약계층 아동 및 양육자의 정서발달과 심리안정에 도움이 되기를 바라며, 앞으로도 지역사회 연계 협력사업을 적극적으로 확대해 드림스타트 아동의 건강한 성장·발달을 위한 내실 있는 지원을 하도록 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
