[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월부터 오는 2월 27일까지 동두천시평생교육원 시립도서관에서는 새해를 맞아 ‘새해 복, 새 행복’ 展을 성황리 진행 중이라고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 지난 한 해 시민들에게 사랑받은 도서 100여 권을 전시하는 특별 북큐레이션 ‘내 마음의 쉼표, 독서의 위로 展’에서 지난해에 읽고 싶었지만 놓친 책들을 다시 한 번 읽을 수 있도록 하고 있어 많은 이용자들의 관심을 받고 있다고 했다.

‘포춘쿠키와 함께하는 새해 덕담이벤트’는 재미로 읽는 덕담으로 어린이부터 어른까지 재미있는 이벤트에 많은 분들이 참여해 추가로 준비했고, 또한 새해를 맞아 ‘나에게 쓰는 손 편지’ 프로그램은 특히 어린이들의 관심이 높아 사랑하는 엄마, 아빠에게 편지쓰기를 경험하면서 가족 간의 즐거운 추억을 만들고 있다고 전했다.
