[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시는 오늘(6일) 오후 3시 삼척시장 집무실에서 굿네이버스 강원지역본부(본부장 박미경)와 ‘드림스타트 대상 아동 지원을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

양 기관은 지속적인 상호 협력체계를 구축하여 삼척시 관내 드림스타트 아동이 건강하고 행복한 사회구성원으로 성장하는 것을 돕기 위한 목적으로 업무협약이 진행됐다.

드림스타트  협약은, ▶아동 지원을 위한 인적·물적 자원 연대,  ▶아동 관련 맞춤형 서비스 지원 및 연계를 위한 다양한 정보 공유,  ▶협력(공동)사업 수행 이후 투명한 사업결과 공유와 적극적인 사업홍보 등을 위해 상호 협력할 예정이다.

삼척시 관계자는 “지역사회 내 어려움에 있는 드림스타트 아동을 지원하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.”며 “앞으로도 유관기관과 지속적으로 협력하여 아동복지를 위해 노력하겠다.”고 전했다.

한편, 드림스타트는 취약계층 만0~12세 아동 및 가족을 대상으로 맞춤형 통합서비스를 제공하는 국가 주도의 아동복지사업으로, 삼척시 드림스타트는 2012년 7월 출범하여 지역사회 취약계층 아동의 건강한 성장 발달에 기여하고 있다.
