[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 2월 11일 의정부시 송산1동은 고산동에 소재한 고산 국가대표 태권도장에서 27만 원 상당의 라면 500봉지를 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

고산 국가대표 태권도장의 학생들은 주변의 어려운 이웃들에게 도움을 드리고자 작년 12월부터 십시일반 라면을 모아 왔으며, 직접 주민센터에 전달했고, 이날 기탁받은 라면은 이웃들을 생각하는 학생들의 따뜻한 마음과 함께 관내 소외계층에게 전달될 예정이라고 했다.

최보원 고산 국가대표 태권도 관장은 “아이들이 태권도를 배우며 체력을 기르는 것뿐만 아니라 이웃 사랑을 실천하는 나눔 활동을 통해 올바른 인성까지 갖추었으면 하는 바람에 기부를 하게 되었다”며 “앞으로도 지속적인 나눔 활동을 할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”라고 소감을 밝혔다.
