[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 20일, 강릉시 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터에서는 외국인 및 다문화가족에 대한 문화 다양성을 이해하는 기회를 마련하고자 ‘제14회 헬로우 세계를 다(多)담다 페스티벌 Ontact_문화를 배우다’를 비대면 플랫폼 Zoom을 활용하여 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

‘헬로우 세계를 다담다 페스티벌’은 올해 14회를 맞이했으며 2020년에는 코로나19로 인해 취소되었으나 올해는 온라인을 통해 진행되며, 프로그램 중‘음식, 문화를 배우고, In Spain’은 온 가족이 음식을 주제로 함께 소통하는 기회를 가지기 위해 스페인 음식을 조리하며 세계 음식문화에 관한 이야기를 나누는 시간을 보낸다고 했다.

또한, ‘세계 문화 퀴즈 챔피언’ 프로그램을 운영하여 자라나는 아이들이 세계의 다양한 문화를 배우고 이해할 수 있는 시간을 마련했으며, 참여 신청은 강릉시 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터 홈페이지에서 접수하고 홈페이지 신청이 어려운 경우 전화 신청도 가능하다고 전했다. 

Zoom을 통한 실시간 행사 중계도 병행하므로 미신청자도 함께 행사를 관람할 수 있다고 했다.

정영란 강릉시 여성청소년가족과장은“세계를 다담다 페스티벌을 통해 다양한 문화를 함께 공유하는 시간을 가지며, 코로나19의 어려움 속에서 여러 가족들이 다양한 방법으로 만날 수 있는 기회가 되길 바란다.”고 말했다.
