[김준호 기자=정선군] 정선군(군수 최승준)은 지역보건의료심의위원회를 개최하고 군민 모두가 행복하고 건강한 공공의료서비스 제공에 주력해 나가기로 했다.

이번 제8기는 2023년부터 2026년까지 4년간의 주민 건강 향상을 위한 비전과 전략을 제시하는 중장기 종합계획 이다.

11명의 지역보건의료심의위원회 위원이 참석한 가운데 제7기 지역보건의료계획에 따른 지난해 시행결과에 대하여 점검하고 제8기 정선군 지역보건의료계획에 대하여 심의·의결했다.

제8기 정선군 지역보건의료계획은 ▶건강하고 안전한 보건의료환경 조성 ▶생애주기별 건강관리를 통한 군민 건강 도약 ▶다양한 분야의 협력을 통한 건강안전망 강화 등 3가지 추진전략을 설정했다.

추진 주요 전략은 ▶공공의료 인프라 개선을 통한 보건의료격차 해소 ▶건강한 임신·출산부터 미래세대 육성을 위한 아동·청소년 건강증진 ▶맞춤형 통합건강관리를 통한 노인 건강증진 ▶보건복지서비스 연계를 통한 취약계층 지원강화 등 9개 추진과제, 14개의 세부과제를 세웠다.

원홍식 정선부군수는 "제8기 지역보건의료계획에 대하여 실질적이고 체계적인 추진으로 군민들의 보건의료 서비스 질을 향상시켜 나가는 것은 물론 군민 모두가 행복하고 건강한 정선을 만들어 가는데 최선의 노력을 다하겠다.'고 말했다.
