이번 사례관리 대상자는 배우자 부상으로 생계 곤란의 위기를 겪고 있어 공적서비스로 긴급생계비, 맞춤형급여를 신청했고, 두 자녀의 한국어 및 교육지원을 위해 드림스타트, 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터 서비스와 동두천시 지역사회보장협의체 민간자원 등을 연계하기로 했으며, 또한 효율적이고 빈틈없는 서비스 지원을 위해 대상가구에 대한 정보공유 및 서비스 점검을 위해 서비스 제공기관들과 통합사례회의를 개최할 예정이라고 전했다.
