[남상훈 기자 = 의정부] 지난 27일 김동근 의정부시장이 정보도서관 시네마천국에서 청렴 시책의 추진 원동력 확보를 위해 ‘청렴리더와 함께하는 제3차 반부패·청렴 특별추진단 회의’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 회의는 시의 취약분야였던 내부체감도를 높이기 위해 마련됐으며 회의에서는 국민권익위원회 반부패·청렴 홍보영상을 시청했다. 또한 김동근 시장 주재 아래 청렴리더 대표 2명·청렴리더 70여 명이 함께 인사와 조직문화 개선 등 청렴리더들이 평소 생각했던 의견을 적어 부착한 메모를 확인하고 의견을 밝히는 순서로 진행된 토크콘서트를 실시했다.

이번 회의에 참석한 한 청렴리더는 “딱딱한 회의가 아니고, 함께 의견을 나누는 회의 형태로 진행돼 더 공감하고 호응할 수 있었다”고 전했다.

김동근 시장은 “청렴한 조직으로 가기 위해서는 부서별 멘토 역할을 하는 청렴리더의 역할이 무엇보다 중요하다”며, “직원들과의 적극적인 소통으로 서로가 공감하는 조직문화를 조성하는 데 협력해주기 바라며 소통과 신뢰로 내 삶을 바꾸는 청렴도시, 의정부시 구현을 위해 노력해 주길 바란다”고 당부했다.
