[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 24일과 25일 백영현 포천시장은 ‘소통과 신뢰의 시민중심 포천’ 구현을 위해 관내 기업을 방문, 규제애로를 청취했다고 밝혔다.

백영현 포천시장은 지난 17일과 18일 관내 섬유기업과 식품기업을 방문하는 등의 관내 기업 활성화를 위한 행보를 보이고 있다.  

지난 24일엔 ㈜준흥필터, 서안공예, 상상푸드㈜ 등을 방문해 제조시설을 견학했고 25일 포천시 특화산업인 섬유산업과 가구산업과 관련해 경기북부환편공업협동조합, 포천가구산업협동조합을 방문하고 간담회를 개최하는 등 현장의 목소리에 귀 기울이고 있다.

백 시장은 "최근 고금리, 고물가, 고환율로 우리 관내 업체들이 어려운 시기를 보내고 있다."며  “현장에 답이 있다. 기업인들의 목소리를 직접 들으며 관내 기업의 애로사항을 풀어나가도록 적극 노력하겠다.” 고 말했다.

또한 "기업하기 좋은 도시를 만들기 위해 중소기업 육성자금 융자지원 확대 운영 등을 통해 관내 기업의 고통을 줄여나가겠다."고 덧붙였다.
