[김준호 기자=동해시] 동해시가 취업 취약계층인 장애인에게 근로연계를 통한 장애인복지 실현 및 자립생활 활성화를 위해 12월 5일부터 16일까지 장애인일자리사업 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

참여자격은 동해시 거주 만 18세 이상 사업수행이 가능한 장애인복지법상 등록된 미취업 장애인으로 모집인원은 171명이며, 일반형일자리 51명(전일제 36명, 시간제 15명), 복지일자리 120명이다.

일반형일자리는 주 5일(전일제 40시간, 시간제 20시간) 근무하고, 4대보험 가입 및 1년 만근 시에는 퇴직금을 지급하며, 복지일자리는 주 14시간, 월 56시간 근무한다. 

장애인일자리사업은 2023년 1월부터 12월까지 1년간 추진되며, 근무내용은 일반형일자리는 시청, 동행정복지센터, 장애인복지시설 등에서 행정도우미 업무를 수행하고, 복지일자리는 장애인전용주차구역 및 행복드림냉장고 관리 등의 업무를 수행한다.

동해시청 이기선 복지과장은 “취업에 어려움을 겪는 장애인들에게 장애인일자리사업을 통해 사회참여 확대와 소득보장에 도움 되길 바란다.”며 “앞으로도 장애유형별 맞춤형 신규 일자리 발굴 등을 위하여 최선을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.
