[남상훈 기자 = 의정부] 오는 12일부터 16일까지 의정부시는 미취업 청년들에게 다양한 행정현장 체험 기회를 제공을 통한 취업역량 강화를 위해 ‘2023년 하반기 청년 행정체험 참여자’ 40명을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

시는 민선 8기 시정목표 중 하나인 ‘청년이 바꾸는 도시’ 만들기의 일환으로 대학생을 대상으로 운영해 온 행정체험을 올해 1월부터 청년으로 확대했다.

신청대상은 공고일 기준 의정부에 주소를 둔 만 19세 이상 29세 이하 미취업 청년이다. 단, 2022년 여름방학 대학생 행정체험 참여자와 올해 상반기 청년 행정체험 참여자는 제외된다. 근무조건은 주 5일, 하루 8시간이며 최저임금인 9천620원의 시급이 적용된다. 만근 시에는 주휴수당 등을 포함해 177만 원 정도의 급여가 지급된다. 

시청 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로만 신청할 수 있으며, 공개 전산 추첨으로 선발 오는 20일 결과를 발표할 예정이다. 선발된 참여자들은 내달 3일부터 28일까지 시청·동주민센터·도서관·보건소·복지시설 등에서 근무하게 된다. 자세한 사항은 시청 홈페이지 모집공고란에서 확인하거나 청년정책과로 문의하면 안내 받을 수 있다.
