[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 지난 12일 영북고등학교에서 예비 청년을 대상으로 진로·취업 특강을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 특강은 영북고등학교 학생 20여 명을 대상으로 꿈과 목표를 설계하는 교육을 진행하고, 포천일자리센터에서 근무하고 있는 프로시니어(전역 군인)가 직업군인에 대한 궁금증을 해결하는 시간을 가졌다.

시 관계자는 “포천시의 미래를 이끌어 갈 예비 청년이 자신의 꿈을 키우며 사회에 첫 발을 잘 내딛을 수 있도록 취업 연계에도 최선을 다해 지원하겠다.”고 전했다.

한편, 포천일자리센터는 포천일고등학교와 일동고등학교 3학년 예비 청년을 대상으로 진로·취업 특강을 8월 중에 실시할 예정으로, 관내 기업체와 연계하여 일자리를 알선할 계획이다.
