[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군육아종합지원센터에서는 지난 18일부터 23일까지 네 차례에 걸쳐 관내 어린이집 보육교직원을 대상으로 어린이집 평가제의 이해를 돕기 위한 ‘어린이집 평가제 지표 교육’을 온라인 교육으로 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 가평 관내 어린이집의 보육 수준을 향상시키고 유지하게 함으로써 영유아의 안정과 건강, 조화로운 성장과 발달을 도모하여 가평군 어린이집의 안심 보육환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.

1영역(보육과정 및 상호작용), 2영역(보육환경 및 운영관리), 3영역(건강 및 안전), 4영역(교직원)에 대한 내용으로 전반적인 평가 지표 기준 및 주요 사례를 중심으로 진행했다.

또 지난 12일 가평군청 제2청사 통합교육장에서 제4차 표준보육과정과 평가제를 접목한 ‘“평가제-놀이중심 보육과정”에 따른 보육일지 작성의 실제’ 교육을 진행하여 질적으로 우수한 보육일지를 작성하는데 도움을 주고자 마련했다.

이연희 가평군육아종합지원센터장은 “이번 교육을 통해 평가제를 앞 둔 어린이집은 현재의 질적 수준을 점검하여 평가 과정을 효과적으로 원활하게 준비할 수 있기를 바란다.” 라며 “지속적으로 평가 지표 교육을 지원해 가평군 어린이집의 상시적인 보육서비스 품질관리로 전반적인 보육서비스를 향상시켜 믿고 맡길 수 있는 어린이집 환경을 조성하겠다.” 고 말했다.

한편 가평군육아종합지원센터에서는 신뢰받는 어린이집을 위한 전문성 강화를 지원하고자 교육 및 컨설팅, 보육교직원의 역량 강화 등 어린이집의 현실적인 지원도 병행한다.
