[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] ‘취업에 강한 대학’으로 명성이 높은 을지대학교가 재학생을 대상으로 실시한 ‘진로 캠프’ 프로그램이 뜨거운 호응 속에 마무리됐다고 밝혔다. 

을지대 취창업지원센터 주최로 지난 2일부터 10일까지 재학생 200여 명이 참여한 ‘2022학년도 EU 있는 진로 캠프’가 개최됐다.

진로 캠프는 ▶4차 산업시대 IT의 미래 ▶기업 사회적 책임 ESG 전략 ▶식품산업 트렌드 전망 ▶보건·안전 관리자 직무소개 및 산업현장 근무환경 ▶게임개발을 위한 프로그래밍 ▶2D·3D 그래픽 캐릭터 모델링 등의 프로그램이 진행됐다. 

취창업지원센터는 이번 진로 캠프에 참여한 학생을 대상으로 만족도(5점 만점)를 조사한 결과, 종합만족도는 4.52점으로 나타났다.

세부항목별 만족도는 팀빌딩 및 아이스브레이킹 강사의 역량과 전문성 만족도가 4.61점으로 가장 높았으며, 학과특강 강사의 역량과 전문성이 4.55점으로 뒤를 이었고, 이외에도 ▶프로그램 구성 만족 수준 4.51점 ▶진로 준비 도움 수준 4.45점의 수치를 보였다고 했다. 

또 학생들은 참여 후기를 통해 "나의 진로와 미래 계획을 되짚어보는 기회가 되었다", "공모전이나 자격증 교육 등 유용한 정보를 자세히 알 수 있는 시간이었다", "레크리에이션 형태의 구성으로 집중도 높은 프로그램이었다", "진로 계획에 도움이 되어서 다음에도 참여하고 싶다" 등의 호평을 남겼다. 

을지대 취창업지원센터 소영진 센터장은 “학생들의 눈높이에 맞는 재미와 소통 컨셉으로 구성한 프로그램이 좋은 반응을 보인 것 같다”며 “앞으로도 더욱 알찬 취업프로그램으로 학생들의 진로 설정에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 전했다.
