[남상훈 기자 = 양양군] 오는 2023년부터 양양군은 학교 밖 청소년들의 자기 계발에 필요한 활동을 위해 지원하는 월 5만원의 ‘꿈드림 수당’ 대상을 기존 2명에서 10명으로 확대 운영한다고 밝혔다.

꿈드림 수당은 도서구입, 자격증 취득을 위한 학원·인터넷 강의 수강, 문화체험을 위한 영화·공연관람, 교통비 등에 사용할 수 있다. 자격 유지를 위해 강원도 내 학교 밖 청소년지원센터·양양군청소년수련관 청소년 자치위원회 프로그램에 참여해야 한다. 신청후 분기 내 프로그램 참여 실적이 없는 경우 지급자격이 중지되며 3개월 간 지원대상에서 제외된다.

대안학교에 재학중이거나 강원도에 1년 이상 거주중으로 양양군에 주소를 둔 만 9세 이상부터 18세 이하 초·중·고등학교 연령에 해당하는 학교 밖 청소년들을 대상으로 본인 또는 법정 대리인이 주소지 읍·면 사무소를 방문해 신청서와 학교 밖 청소년임을 증명할 수 있는 정원 외 관리증명서, 제적증명서, 미진학·미취학 사실확인서 등을 제출하면 된다.  

군 관계자는 “청소년이 차별없이 미래사회의 주인공으로 성장할 수 있도록 청소년 지원을 위한 다양한 기반을 지속적으로 마련하겠다.”고 전했다.
