[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군은 청년의 사회적 기본권 보장을 지원하는 경기도형 기본소득제도 ‘청년기본소득’ 3분기를 오는 9월 1일부터 9월 30일 18시까지 온라인으로 접수한다고 밝혔다.

청년기본소득은 가평군에 주민등록을 두고 있는 만24세(1997년 7월 2일 ~ 1998년 7월 1일생) 청년 중 거주지 요건(최근 3년 이상 경기도에 계속 거주하거나 합산 10년 이상 거주자)을 충족하는 청년들이라면 소득 등 자격 조건에 상관없이 누구나 분기별 25만원씩 가평군 지역화폐로 지급되며, 최대 100만원 지원받을 수 있다.

지역화폐는 백화점, 대형마트, 유흥업소 등을 제외한 가평군 관내 전통시장 및 소상공인 업체에서 사용 가능하다. 

지원 대상 청년은 경기도 일자리플랫폼 잡아바에서 회원 가입 후 주민등록초본(9월 1일 이후 발급본, 최근 5년 또는 전체 주소이력 포함)을 첨부하고, 심사·선정 절차를 거쳐 10월 20일부터 순차적으로 지역화폐로 지급받게 된다.

지난 분기에 자동신청을 동의한 기존 수령자는 별도 신청 없이 심사 대상이 되지만 개인정보 등에 변동 사항이 있는 대상자는 신청기간 내 정보를 수정해야 하며, 위임(부모, 형제자매) 신청 가능하다.
