[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 4월30일까지 강릉시는 소득보장과 돌봄지원이 필요한 어르신 집중 발굴 및 홍보 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

코로나19로 인한 소득감소 및 돌봄 공백 우려가 있는 어르신에게 기초연금, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 및 응급안전안심서비스 제도를 홍보하고 신청 안내를 추진한다고 했다.

읍‧면‧동 주민센터에서는 기초연금 미수급자 중 수급 가능성이 높은 어르신들을 대상으로 안내문을 발송하여 신청을 독려하고, 기초연금 수급 어르신 중 돌봄이 필요하거나 상시 안전확인이 필요한 어르신을 발굴하여 수행기관에 연계 및 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 예정이라고 했다.

강릉시 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 수행기관은 3개소이고, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스와 응급안전안심서비스는 주소지 주민센터에서 상시 신청이 가능하다고 했으며, 2022년 기초연금 선정기준액은 단독가구 180만 원 이하, 부부가구 288만 원 이하고, 주소지 주민센터나 전국 국민연금공단 지사에서 신청이 가능하다고 했다.

강릉시 관계자는 “소득‧돌봄지원 어르신 집중 발굴 및 홍보 기간을 운영하여 기초연금 수급률을 높이고, 취약계층 어르신 안전확인과 돌봄에 사각지대가 없도록 노력하겠다.” 라고 전했다.
