[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 2일, 가평군지역사회보장협의체 아동·청소년복지분과는 실시간 화상회의(ZOOM) 프로그램을 활용한 ‘2021년 하반기 연합슈퍼비전’에 참여하였다고 밝혔다. 

이번 하반기 연합슈퍼비전에는 한일장신대학교 최혜영 교수가 슈퍼바이저로 참여하여 가평초등학교, 가평중학교, 가평군청소년문화의집 위기 아동·청소년에 대한 사례분석과 향후 개입에 대한 자문을 구하는 시간으로 진행하였다고 했다. 

아동청소년분과 연합슈퍼비전은 관내 아동·청소년관련기관의 역량강화를 위한 교육과 슈퍼비전 등의 부족을 해소하기 위하여 가평교육지원청과 민관협력으로 2018년부터 매년 2회씩 운영되고 있고, 지난 6월 16일에는 상반기 연합슈퍼비전이 진행되었으며, 한림대학교 춘천성심병원 정신건강의학과 이상규 교수가 슈퍼바이저로 가평군교육지원청과 가평군자살예방센터 사례를 통해 청소년의 자해에 대한 사례분석과 교육을 진행하였다고 했다.

최혜영 교수는 사례관리자들의 질의에 대한 답변을 하며  “사례개입의 궁극적 목표는 아동의 행복을 증진하도록 돕는데 있으며  아동의 삶 속에서 문제를 해석하는 능력이 중요하다.” 고 강조하였다. 또한 “좋은 사회복지사가 하는 네크워크란? 좋은 메시지를 전달해주는 마을이라며 사례개입자로 하여금 삶의 의미를 안내하는 따뜻한 어른이 되어주자.”고 하였다고 말했다.

사례발표자로 참석하였던 가평초등학교 조영희 교육복지사는 “우리 지역 아동·청소년의 다양한 문제를 지역사회와 공유하고 전문가의 자문을 구함으로써 사례관리자의 역량이 강화되고 향후 개입 방향성을 잡을 수 있는 유익한 시간이 되었다”고 하였다고 말했다. 

또한 이번 연합슈퍼비전을 지원한 가평군교육지원청 김훈영 주무관은 “현장에서 만나는 다양한 위기사항에 놓인 아동의 사례에 대해 전문가와 공유하고 자문을 구하는 시간을 가짐으로써 보다 촘촘한 인적 안전망을 구축 할 수 있었다.”고 소감을 전하였다.

가평군지역사회보장협의체 유근웅 대표위원장은 “아동청소년의 권리와 복지증진을 위해 귀한 시간을 내준 민·관 위원님들께 감사인사를 드리며, 복지사각지대 사례지원을 위한 위원님들의 지속적인 관심과 노력이 필요하다.”라며 당부를 전했다.

아동청소년복지분과 위원은 가평군드림스타트, 가평군자살예방센터, 가평군청소년문화의집, 가평군청소년상담복지센터, 가평경찰서, 가평군청 아동복지팀, 가평교육지원청, 가평초등학교, 엔젤어린이집, 조종어린이집, 가평군어린이급식관리지원센터, 청평지역아동센터, 가평지역아동센터, 또래지역아동센터에 소속되어 있는 민·관 실무자들로 구성되어 임기 2년 동안 지역 내 다양한 복지 현안 논의, 복지자원 발굴 연계, 지역사회보장계획 모니터링 등 지역복지 발전에 앞장서고, 가평군지역사회보장협의체 활동에 대해 궁금하거나 건의할 사항이 있는 주민은 홈페이지 또는 협의체 사무국을 활용하면 된다고 했다.
