[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군은 관내에 거주하는 주민을 대상으로 희망과 행복이 있는 마을  만들기 및 마을공동체 활성화를 위한 소통전문가(퍼실리테이터) 양성과정 교육생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

본 과정은 소통전문가 2급으로 오는 11월 10일부터 12일까지 3일간 필수교육과 6회에 걸친 워크숍 실습교육 등으로 이루어지며, 또한 수료기준을 충족할 경우 민간자격증 2급 지원자격도 가능하고, 또한 교육수료생에게는 관련사업 연계를 통한 마을만들기 또는 공동체 워크숍 추진 시 ‘소통전문가’ 활동기회를 제공할 예정이라고 전했다.

소통전문가는 퍼실리테이터(Facillitator)의 번역어로 회의, 워크숍, 심포지엄, 교육 등을 진행하면서 공동체의 창의력, 소통, 협력을 원활히 이끌어내는 전문직종으로 각광받고 있다고 했다. 

모집기간은 지난 10월 18일부터 29일까지 진행되고 모집인원은 30명이며, 응시조건으로는 관내 주민등록이 되어 있는 주민이면 누구나 지원 가능하고, 단, 2017년~2020년에 참여했던 기 지원자는 지원 불가하며, 교육희망자는 교육신청서 등 구비서류를 갖춰 가평군 일자리경제과 마을공동체팀, 가평군 마을공동체 통합지원센터로 방문 하거나 이메일로도 접수 가능하다고 했다.

한편 군은 ‘본 교육은 주민과 주민이 멘토-멘티가 되어 주민주도의 지속적인 공동체를 만들어갈 수 있도록 하려는 과정’으로 이를 통해 살기 좋고 살고 싶은 공동체 조성에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대하고 있다고 전했다.
