[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군공무원노동조합은 공익을 해치는 일부 지역언론사에 대해서 취재거부를 선언했다. 갑질 언론과의 전쟁을 선포한 것이다. 공무원 노조는 6월 29일 입장문을 발표했다. 사실관계가 불명확한 내용이나 지역공동체 발전과 사회개혁을 저해하는 언론과는 동행을 거부한 것이다.

가평군공무원노동조합은 올바른 취재문화 확립을 위한 요구사항을 지역언론에 천명한다.

1. 한국신문협회, 한국신문방송편집인협회, 한국기자협회 신문윤리실천요강 제2조 취재준칙을 준수한다. (기자는 취재를 위해 개인 또는 단체를 접촉할 때 필요한 예의를 지켜야 할 뿐만 아니라 비윤리적인 또는 불법적인 방법을 사용해서는 안 된다. 또한 기자는 취재를 위해 개인을 위협하거나 괴롭혀서는 안 된다.)

2. 한국신문협회, 한국신문방송편집인협회, 한국기자협회 신문윤리실천요강 제3조 보도준칙을 준수한다.(사실의 전모를 충실하게 전달함을 원칙으로 하며 출처 및 내용을 정확히 확인해야 한다. 또한 기자는 사회정의와 공익을 실현하기 위해 진실을 적극적으로 추적․ 보도해야 한다)

3. 취재를 위한 자료 및 인터뷰 요청은 기획감사담당관 군정홍보팀으로 창구단일화 하며, 취재요청은 사전 협의하며 강압적 취재를 하지 않는다.

4. 근거 없는 추측성 보도를 지양하고 기자의 직위를 이용한 부정한 청탁을 하지 않는다.

가평군공무원노동조합은 갑질언론에 대해서는 취재거부로 대응하고 정당한 취재에 대해서는 군민의 알권리를 위해 적극 협조하겠다고 했다.
