[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도는 28일 오전 10시 도청 신관 2층 소회의실에서 ‘사무 공간 혁신’에 대한 의견공유를 위해 도정혁신 추진단 ‘일단바꿔’ 첫 번째 회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

도정혁신 추진단 ‘일단바꿔’(이하 ‘추진단’)는 민선 8기 새로운 도정과 함께 일하는 방식 개선 등 도정 전반에 대한 혁신 전담 기능을 수행하기 위해 올해 9월 1일자로 새롭게 출범했다.

추진단은 행정부지사를 단장으로 내부직원(혁신관련 부서장·팀장, MZ세대 직원)과 외부 혁신전문가(자문위원) 등 총 30명으로 구성하고, 제도혁신, 조직문화 혁신, 업무환경 혁신, 재정혁신 등 4개 분야에대하여 중점 운영할 계획이다. 

아울러, 그동안 관행적으로 이어지던 조직문화와 일하는 방식을 개선하여 창의적이고 효율적인 혁신행정을 구현하기 위한 대대적인 혁신 방안을 추진할 계획이며, 회의방식은 매월 1개의 혁신과제를 선정·토론하여 개선방안을 마련할 방침이다. 

이번 회의는 첫 번째 혁신과제인 ‘사무공간 혁신’을 주제로 효율적인 일터 만들기에 대한 의견을 폭넓게 교환하고, 자문위원(김홍진 前 KT 사장)을 초청하여 협업과 소통이 넘치는 수평·창의적 사무 공간 마련을 위한 추진 방안에 대해 중점적으로 논의했다.  

김명선 행정부지사는 “민선8기 새로운 도정의 출발과 함께 변화의 전환점을 맞이하여, 관행적으로 이뤄졌던 시스템을 개편하고 창의적인 도정을 구현하기 위해 추진단을 구성하였다. 앞으로도 도정혁신 추진단 ‘일단바꿔’를 통해 도정 전반에 대한 혁신과제를 적극 발굴하고 개선 방안을 마련하는 등 행복한 직장문화 조성을 위한 컨트롤타워 역할을 충실히 수행하도록 노력하겠다” 라고 밝혔다.
