[남상훈 기자 = 의정부] 20일 김동근 의정부시장이 시장실에서 청렴과 소통 실천을 통한 시정·동정 운영을 위해 1분기 신임 통장협의회장 차담회를 가졌다고 밝혔다.

차담회는 청렴을 다짐하는 청렴서약서와 소통을 당부하는 축하 서한문 교환 시간으로 진행됐다. 아울러 통장과 지역 현안에 대해 밀접한 대화를 함으로써 주민의 불편 사항을 체감하고 불편 사항 해결 및 지역경제 활성화를 위한 다양한 협력 방안을 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.

1분기 대상자는 김화선 가능동 통장협의회장, 한재준 호원1동 통장협의회장, 정옥화 신곡1동 통장협의회장, 박종훈 송산1동 통장협의회장으로 총 4명이다.

차담회에 참여한 통장은 “우리 주민이 신뢰감을 느낄 수 있는 동(洞)이 되도록 청렴과 주민화합에 힘쓰겠다”며 “앞으로도 배려와 관심으로 살기 좋은, 소통이 원활한 의정부를 만드는 데 솔선수범하겠다”고 말했다.
