[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군은 청년들의 주거비 경감을 위해 ’청년월세 한시 특별 지원 사업‘을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

’청년월세 한시 특별지원 사업‘은 코로나19 장기화 등 청년층의 경제적 부담을 완화를 위한 국토교통부 주관 사업으로, 월 20만원씩 최대 1년간 한시적으로 지원하며 대상은 만 19~34세 이하 청년가구로서 부모님과 별도거주하고 보증금 5천만 원 이하, 월세 60만 원 이하 주택에 거주하는 무주택자로 소득 및 재산요건을 모두 충족해야 한다.

소득요건의 경우 청년 본인이 속한 가구의 소득이 올해 중위소득 60%인 1인 가구 116만6887원, 2인 가구는 195만6051원, 3인 가구는 251만6821원 이하, 재산가액 1억 700만 원 이하 조건을 갖춰야 하며 부모를 포함한 원가족 역시 중위소득 100% 이하, 재산가액 3억 8000만 원 이하이고 신청은 오는 22일부터 내년 8월 21일까지 1년 동안 수시 신청이 가능하며 복지로 홈페이지 온라인 접수 또는 주소지 관할 읍․면사무소를 방문해 신청하면 된다.

군 관계자는 "코로나19 장기화로 인해 경제적 어려움을 겪고 있는 청년들에게 조금이라도 도움이 되기를 바란다"고 말했다.
