[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 지난 6일 하남교산 지구에 광암ㆍ상산곡 기업이전단지가 편입되는 내용의 ‘하남교산 공공주택지구 지구지정 변경(2차)’이 고시됐다고 밝혔다. 

하남교산 기업이전은 2018년 12월 국토교통부에서 3기신도시 발표 시 원주민 재정착을 위한 선이주 후철거 원칙을 표명함에 따라 추진하는 사업으로, 공공주택지구 내 공장 등의 이전을 위해 이주대책 수립 대상지역을 선정하여 기업이전을 도모한다. 

특히 이번 기업이전은 그간 신도시들이 선이주 후철거 방침이 적용되지 않은 것과 차별화되며, 하남교산 공공주택지구의 원활한 추진과 교산지구 내 수용되는 기업들의 지속적인 영업활동을 목표로 한다. 

기업이전단지 2개소 중 광암 기업이전단지는 하남시 광암동 일원 28만㎡ 규모의 제조복합단지로, 상산곡 기업이전단지는 상산곡동 일원 26만㎡ 규모의 물류복합단지로 조성될 예정이다. 

하남교산 공공주택지구는 GH, 경기도, 한국토지주택공사(LH), 하남도시공사(HUIC)가 공동으로 추진하며, 천현동, 교산동, 춘궁동 등 일원 6백86만㎡에 오는 2028년까지 약 3만3천호의 주택을 공급하는 사업이다.

2023년 지구계획 변경 승인, 2024년 기업이전단지 착공, 2027년 최초 입주 전 기업이전대책을 완료할 수 있도록 공동사업시행자간 협의 및 주민 협의를 진행할 계획이다. 

GH 관계자는 “기업이전단지 조성을 통해 타 사업의 모범사례가 될 수 있도록 기업이전에 최선을 다하는 한편 하남교산 신도시가 경기동부 균형발전에 기여하는 도시가 될 수 있도록 하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
