[김현우 기자 = 양주] 양주시 보건소는 지난 16일 3년여 간의 코로나19 대응 과정을 기록한 코로나19 백서 ‘양주시 코로나19 대응기록’을 발간했다고 전했다.

코로나19 백서는 보건소 직원들이 직접 제작과 편집에 참여했으며, 지난 2020년 1월 국내 첫 코로나19 확진자 발생부터 2022년 9월까지 시기별·분야별 코로나19 대응 과정 등이 수록됐다.

백서내용은 한눈에 보는 양주시 코로나19 대응, 유행 시기별 대응기록, 분야별 양주시 코로나19 대응기록, 부록 등의 순으로 구성됐다.

또한 코로나19 확산방지를 위해 고생한 사람들에게 보내는 응원메세지 등도 수록돼 양주시 전체가 함께 노력했던 모습을 볼 수 있다.

특히 시는 코로나19 유행에 따라 즉각적으로 대응 조직체계를 수시로 개편해 대응했으며 확진자 증가에 따른 선별진료소 추가 설치, 코로나19 백신접종 등 코로나19 감염확산 방지를 위해 최선의 노력을 다해왔다.

양주시 보건소 관계자는 “이번에 발간된 ‘양주시 코로나19 대응기록’을 통해 향후 신종 감염병 발생시 보다 신속하고 효과적인 감염병 대응 체계를 구축하는데 활용이 될 수 있기를 바란다”며 “이번 백서는 양주시 읍면동에 배부하고 시민들을 위해 지역 내 도서관에도 비치할 계획이다”라고 말했다.
