[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군이 송이채취 시기를 맞아 군유림에서 생산되는 송이버섯을 해당 임야 소재 마을주민에게 무상으로 양여한다고 밝혔다. 

코로나19로 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역주민을 지원하기 위한 취지로 지난 2020년부터 3년째 이어오고 있으며, 군유임야에서 생산되는 송이에 대한 채취 및 매각권이 모두 무상으로 주어진다.

무상 임대 대상 마을은 양양읍 월리와 서면 범부리․수리, 손양면 상왕도리․부소치리, 현북면 원일전리․장리 등 7개 마을로 '공유재산 및 물품관리법'과 '국유림의 보호협약에 의한 임산물 양여지침'을 적용해 이달 중 마을대표와 양여계약을 체결할 계획이며 군은 지난 2019년까지 마을주민들이 채취한 송이 공판액의 10%를 임대료로 받아 군 세입으로 처리해 왔으나, 코로나19가 시작된 2020년부터 공판액 전액을 마을에 양여하고 있다고 밝혔다.
