[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 22일 일동농업협동조합은 연말 이웃돕기 후원으로 쌀 1,500kg을 일동면행정복지센터에 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

기탁된 쌀은 일동면 이장협의회, 지역사회보장협의체, 적십자봉사회, 여성예비군 등에서 관내 기초수급자, 차상위, 기타 저소득 등 150가구에 안부를 확인하며 전달할 예정이라고 했다.

김광수 조합장은 “춥고 힘든 연말 코로나19의 장기화로 힘든 시기를 보내고 있는 지역 주민들을 위해 따뜻한 마음을 보태고 싶었다.”라며 “모두가 행복하고 따뜻한 연말을 보내시길 바란다.”라고 말했다.

김남현 일동면장은 “일동면 주민들을 위해 따뜻한 마음을 전달해 주셔서 감사드린다.”라며 “이웃들에게 따뜻한 마음이 잘 전달되길 바란다.”라고 말했다.
