[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 24일 일동면 청소년지도협의회은 취약계층 청소년 27명에게 성탄선물을 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이번 나눔활동은 일동면 청소년지도협의회 위원과 일동면행정복지센터 직원들이 아이들의 ‘시크릿 산타’가 되어 케이크 등을 전달했다고 했다.

이종항 위원장은 “코로나19로 어려운 상황에서도 청소년들을 위해 후원하고 선물을 전달한 위원 및 지역주민들께 감사드린다. 청소년들이 크리스마스 분위기를 조금이라도 느낄 수 있었으면 한다.”라고 전했다.

김남현 일동면장은 “지역사회를 위한 나눔활동에 자발적으로 참여해주신 모든 분들께 감사의 인사를 전한다. 선물을 받은 청소년들에게 행복한 추억으로 남았으면 한다.”라고 말했다. 

한편 일동면 청소년지도협의회는 매년 일동면 거주 취약계층 청소년을 위해 크리스마스 나눔 행사를 진행하고 있다고 밝혔다.
