[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 25일 일동면 청소년지도협의회는 일동면행정복지센터, 일동파출소와 민·관합동 청소년 유해환경 개선 활동을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 개선활동은 수능 후 긴장감에서 해방된 청소년들의 일탈행위에 대한 예방활동으로 청소년이 접근하기 쉬운 학교 주변 PC방, 음식점, 편의점 등을 방문해 청소년 대상 유해 약물 판매행위 금지 여부 등을 확인했다고 전했다.

이종항 회장은 “미래세대 주역인 청소년들의 건강과 안전한 환경조성을 위해 앞으로도 민·관 합동 점검·계도활동을 지속적으로 펼쳐 나가겠다.”라고 말했으며, 김준희 일동파출소장은 “주민과 업주들의 청소년 보호 의식이 확산될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다. 

김남현 일동면장은 “점검 활동에 적극적으로 협조해주신 업주분들께 감사드리며, 지속적인 주변 점검과 계도 활동을 통해 유해환경으로부터 청소년을 보호하고 보다 안전한 환경에서 성장할 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다.
