[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 2월 18일, 봉사단체 은혜회는 홍천군청을 방문, 관내 가정위탁아동 등 저소득가구 43곳에 전달할 300만원 상당의 위문품을 전달했다고 밝혔다.

위문품은 쌀, 스팸선물세트 등으로 구성된 300만원의 생필품 세트로 구성됐고, 은혜회는 회원들이 매월 1만원씩 회비를 모아 어려운 이웃을 돕는 봉사단체로 31년 째 가정위탁 등 저소득가정의 아동들을 후원하며, 이웃사랑을 실천하고 있다고 전했다.

신경숙 회장은 “2022년에도 지역 발전과 취약 계층을 돕기 위해 지속적인 봉사활동을 전개할 것이며 저소득가정 아동들이 꿈과 희망을 잃지 않고 힘찬 한 해를 보내길 바란다.” 고 말했다. 

허필홍 홍천군수는 “30년 넘는 오랜 기간 동안 어려운 아동들을 위해 선행을 베풀어 주시는 은혜회의 활발한 활동에 항상 감사드린다.”고 말했다.
