[남상훈 기자 = 횡성군] 지난 12일 횡성군은 행정안전부에서 개최한 2023년 주소정책 워크숍에서 강원도 내에서 유일하게 ‘주소정책 업무 추진 실적 평가’ 우수자치단체로 선정, 행정안전부장관 표창 및 1,800만원의 특별교부세를 받았다고 밝혔다. 

이번 평가에서는 주소정보시설 확충 등 주소정책 업무를 적극적으로 추진한 전국 23개의 지자체 중 강원도 내에서는 유일하게 횡성군이 선정됐다. 

한편, 군은 지난 12월 국토교통부의 ‘지적전산자료 관리실태 평가’에서도 개인정보보호, 시스템 운영실태, 권한관리 등을 조사한 결과, 우수지자체로 선정되어 장관 표창을 수상한 바 있다.

김명기 군수는“적극적이고 창의적인 주소정보 및 공간정보 업무 추진으로 좋은 결과를 거둘 수 있었다. 2023년에도 군민이 체감하고 만족할 수 있도록 고품질의 지적업무를 추진하겠다.”고 말했다.
