[남상훈 기자 = 홍천] 홍천군이 2022년 행정안전부와 국민권익위원회가 주관하는 민원서비스 종합평가에서 우수한 성과를 바탕으로 도 내 유일 ‘나(우수)’ 등급을 획득했다고 밝혔다.

민원서비스 종합평가는 중앙행정기관·지방자치단체·시도교육청 등 306개 기관을 대상으로 지난 2021년 9월부터 2022년 8월까지 기간 동안 추진한 민원서비스 실적을 평가한 종합점수로 ‘가’에서 ‘마’까지 5개 등급으로 평가 등급을 결정한다. 강원도 내에서는 최상위 등급인 ‘가’ 등급 철원군과 ‘나’ 등급 홍천군 각각 한 곳으로 평가됐다. 그 외 나머지 16개 시·군은 모두 ‘다’ 등급 이하에 머물렀다. 

한편, 홍천군은 지난 1월 18일부터 평일 근무시간에 민원실 방문이 어려운 군민을 위해 사전 예약제 야간 민원실을 운영하며 호평을 받고 있다. 

신영재 홍천군수는 “앞으로도 민원서비스 개선을 지속적으로 추진해 주민들이 민원서비스 향상을 피부로 체감할 수 있도록 최선을 노력을 다해 군민이 주인되는 새로운 홍천을 만드는데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
