[김택곤 기자=정선군] 정선군이 행정안전부가 주최하고 한국생산성본부에서 주관한 제12회 지방자치단체 생산성 대상에서 우수기관으로 선정됐다.

지방자치단체 생산성대상은 생산성 지수 측정과 생산성 우수 사례 선정 2개 부문으로 나눠 평가한다.

정선군은 전국 136개 지자체에서 응모한 366건 중 문화복지 분야에서 우수 평가를 받아 지난 9일 정부서울청사 별관 대강당에서 열린 시상식에서 장려상을 수상했다.

군은 폐광지역 관광자원화 문화 상품 및 정선아리랑의 전승·보존·세계화를 위해 한국의 소리, 세계의 소리인 정선아리랑을 현대적 트랜드에 맞게 재해석한 신개념 뮤지컬 퍼포먼스 “아리 아라리” 공연을 통한 유네스코인류무형무화유산으로 등재되 차별화된 지역문화 콘텐츠 개발 등에 대하여 높은 평가를 받았다.
