[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군은 겨울철 한파와 코로나19 등 상황에 따른 복지위기가구를 집중 발굴해  맞춤형 복지서비스를 지원한다고 밝혔다.

군은 현장방문과 이·반장, 읍·면 지역사회보장협의체와 명예사회복지공무원 등 인적안전망과 행복e음 시스템을 통한 집중 발굴로 더욱 촘촘하고 세부적으로 대상을 파악할 계획이라고 전했다.

겨울철 복지위기가구 발굴대상은 도움이 필요함에도 적절한 혜택을 받지 못하고 있는 복지 소외계층과 전기, 가스, 연탄 등 난방에 어려움을 겪는 에너지 빈곤층 및 저소득 가구 등이며, 발굴된 위기가구에는 긴급복지지원, 기초생활보장 등 공적 지원과 공적 지원이 어려운 가구는 민간자원과 연계해 위기상황에 맞는 서비스를 제공한다고 했다.

복합적인 어려움이 있는 경우 통합사례관리대상자로 선정해 맞춤형 복지서비스지원을 통해 인정 안전망을 구축할 방침이라고 전했다.

한편, 양양군은 지난해 2021년 12월까지 799건의 복지 위기가구 발굴로 공적급여제도 신청 및 강원사회복지공동모금회 서비스 연계 1,940건 등 제공했다고 밝혔다.
