동두천시 관계자는 “근로의지가 있는 가구는 취업할 수 있도록 자립의 기회를 제공하고, 고령 및 질환으로 지속적인 돌봄이 필요한 시민들에게는 사례관리 지원을 통해 보호하겠다”고 전했다.
