[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 10월 19일, 동두천시 생연2동행정복지센터는 관내 취약가구 중 복합적인 문제로 위기에 처해있는 가구에 대해 신속하고 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 맞춤형 복지서비스 지원을 위한 내부사례회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 회의에서는 건강상의 문제로 실직하여 경제, 생활환경 등 복합적인 위기를 겪고 있는 한부모 3인가구를 사례관리 대상자로 선정하여 지원 가능한 복지서비스에 대해 논의하였으며 여관을 전전하다가 임대주택으로 거주지를 이전함에 따라 주거환경이 개선된 독거노인가구의 종결을 결정지었다고 했다.

김일 생연2동장은 “앞으로도 위기에 놓인 복지사각지대 가구를 발굴하여 적합한 공적 지원을 연계함으로써 우리의 이웃들이 위기상태를 극복하고 건강한 일상생활로 복귀하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
