[김준호 기자=삼척시] 삼척시가 주민주도 도시재생 기반을 마련하기 위해 성내지구 및 정라지구 도시재생활성화지역 일원에 주민공모사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

신청자격은 사업대상지 내 5인 이상 주민모임 또는 생활기반(사업자 등)을 둔 사업자이거나, 도시재생 대상으로 공모사업을 추진할 계획이 있는 단체(임의 단체 포함)이다.

공모내용은 사업대상지 내 생활환경의 개선, 경제‧복지‧주거‧문화 등 지역공동체의 활성화 등 도시재생과 관련된 분야에 대한 자율 공모이며, 지원규모는 200만 원 5팀(자부담 없음)과 500만 원 2팀(자부담 10%)이다.

사업신청을 희망할 경우 오는 3월 13일까지 관련서류를 삼척시 도시재생지원센터(삼척시 성내길 18)에 제출하면 되며, 시는 1차 서류심사와 2차 본 심사를 거쳐 3월 말에 최종 선정자에게 개별 통보할 예정이다.

삼척시 관계자는 “이번 도시재생 주민공모사업을 통해 지역공동체가 활성화되는 계기가 되길 바라며, 다양한 분야의 사업이 추진될 수 있도록 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다.”고 전했다.
