[김준호 기자=삼척시] 삼척시가 온실가스를 줄여 깨끗한 대기환경을 조성하기 위해  2019년부터 추진해 온 수소차 보급 사업량 대수가 올해 승용차 300대를 돌파했다고 밝혔다.

시는, 2019년 70대를 시작으로 올해 3월 28일 기준 10대까지 총 300대의 수소 승용차 구매자에게 총 124억4천만 원의 보조금을 지원하였다.

또한, 오분동과 교동에 수소 충전 시설 2개소를 갖추고 있으며,  현재 추진중인 수소 생산시설과 충전 인프라를 구축하여 수소차 보급을 촉진하고 수소 거점도시의 이미지를 더욱 확충하고 있다.

수소차 구매보조금은 승용차 1대당 3,450만 원이며, 오는 12월 22일까지 신청받아 수소차 구매자에게 보조금을 지원할 계획이다.

김두경 에너지과장은 “수소차 보급과 수소충전소 설치로 수소에너지 거점도시를 조성해 미세먼지 저감 등 친환경 에너지도시 조성을 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
