수산물 유통물류센터는 삼척항 정하동 일원에 지하 1층, 지상 4층, 연면적 2,400여㎡ 규모로 지난해 준공됐다. ▶1층, 활어 및 선어 직거래장, 특산품 직매장 ▶2층, 수산식품 회 판매장, 로컬 시푸드 코너, 수산물 식당 ▶3층, 수산품 포장·가공실 ▶4층, 어업인 휴게실, 야외 테라스 등이 갖춰진다.

정라지구 도시재생 뉴딜사업은 도시재생을 통한 문화예술 거점 공간을 조성하는 사업으로, 삼척시 정하동 100번지 일원 부지에 문화예술 종합플랫폼을 조성한다. 이 사업은 총 5개의 단위사업으로 구성되어 있으며 현재 도시재생 창조관 건립사업은 모두 마무리됐다.
