[김준호 기자=삼척시] 삼척시는 강원도 18개 시·군 중 유일하게 2023년 지적재조사 협업사업 우수사례 경진대회전국단위 평가에서 우수기관에 선정되었다.

지난 3월 23일 국토정보교육원에서 열린 경진대회에서 삼척 읍성도시 시간여행의 '타임터너' 지적재조사라는 주제로 도시재생사업 성내지구와 지적재조사사업 성내1지구, 성북1지구 협업사례를 소개했다.

시는, 이번 발표에서 성내1지구 지적경계정비와 도시재생사업 연계 수행을 통해 마을 활성화 기반을 소개하고, 3차원 공간정보 구축 등의 지적재조사사업의 상생효과에 기여하였다는 평가를 받았다.

한편, 지난해 지적재조사사업 분야 국토교통부장관, 강원도지사 기관표창 등 이 분야에서 4점의 표창을 수상하는 등 우수기관으로 연이어 선정되어 업무추진 능력을 인정받고 있다.

채희두 민원과장은 “앞으로 토지소유자와 함께하는 공정하고 정확한 토지행정이 되도록 신뢰받는 열린 행정을 추진하겠다.”고 말했다.
