[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군 도시재생지원센터는 평창읍 세대공감센터 2층 다목적실에서 도시재생 직무역량 강화를 위한 '제1회 평창군 도시재생 해피아워(Happy Hour)'를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 평창군 도시재생의 성공적인 추진을 위해 도시재생 전담조직인 도시과 도시재생 담당자와 중간지원조직인 도시재생 기초 및 현장지원센터 직원, 주민 리더그룹인 도시재생 마을활동가 및 주민협의체 임원진 등의 도시재생 전문성과 우수사례 공유를 위해 진행되었으며, 서울시립대학교 도시공학과 정석 교수의 ‘로컬에서 더 행복한 사람들과 천천히 재생하기’라는 주제로 강연과 토론을 진행하였다고 전했다.

평창군 '도시재생 해피아워(happy hour)'는 도시재생 거버넌스 주체인 주민조직 뿐만 아니라 행정과 중간지원조직의 도시재생 전문성 강화를 위한 프로그램으로, 내년 상반기에는 3월부터 5월까지 3회에 걸쳐 도시재생 분야의 전문가를 모시고 수준 높은 강연과 도시재생과 관련된 지역 현안을 논의할 예정이라고 했다.
