[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] (사)강원도사회적경제지원센터(이하 ‘센터’)가 강원도형 사회적금융 활성화를 위해 진행되는 ‘강원상승(SE) 자금대출’ 신청 기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

‘강원상승(SE) 자금대출’은 서민금융진흥원 위탁사업인 ‘서민금융생활 지원사업’의 일환으로 도내 (예비)사회적기업과 사회적협동조합이 대상이다.

대출은 고정 금리 연이율 3.0%의 중·장기로 구성됐고, 중기 대출은 최대 5000만 원 한도로 거치기간(6개월 이내) 포함 48개월 이내로 사용 가능하며, 장기는 최대 1억 원 한도, 거치기간(12개월 이내) 포함 60개월 이내다. 

특히, 사회적경제기업들의 ‘사회적가치와 성장 가능성’을 평가항목에 넣어 심사한다는 점이 제도권 시중은행 대출상품과 다르다. 

이는 기업의 재무성과를 중심으로 심사하는 제도권 금융기관과 차별화하여 도내 역량 있는 사회적경제기업의 자금조달을 돕겠다는 취지다.

또한 변동금리 불안을 덜어줄 3% 고정금리, 무담보 신용 대출, 사회적가치평가(SVI) 측정 시 우수등급 이상 기업에 이자감면, 전액중도 상환 시 중도상환이자 환급 등의 인센티브 혜택도 눈여겨 볼만 하다.  

임지헌 센터 사무국장은 “사업을 통해 사회적금융이 활성화되어 기업의 지속가능성을 높이고, 사회적가치 창출의 동력이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

신청은 오는 9월 2일 금요일 오후6시 까지 센터 방문과 우편을 통해 접수가 가능하며, 우편의 경우 마감일 내 도착분에 한해서만 유효하고, 자세한 내용은 센터홈페이지에서 확인 가능하며, 문의는 전략기획실 사회적금융담당으로 하면 된다.

한편, 센터는 사회적금융 사업의 일환으로 사회적금융위원회, 이자지원 사업, 강원사회적경제 공제기금 조성 사업, 사회적금융 통합 안내 창구 등을 운영하고 있으며, 기업의 맞춤형 재무관리와 자금조달 역량 강화를 위한 재무금융 컨설팅 사업도 내달 진행할 예정이다.
