[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 횡성군이 2022년 7월 정기분 재산세(주택분, 건축물분) 27,265건 43억원을 부과했다고 밝혔다. 

재산세 납세의무자는 매년 6월 1일 기준 주택 및 건축물 소유자이며, 주택분은 산출세액이 20만원 이하인 경우에는 7월에 연세액을 전부 부과하고, 20만원 이상인 경우에는 7월과 9월에 각각 50%씩 나누어서 부과한다.

2022년도 주택분 재산세는 1세대 1주택 소유자의 재산세 세부담을 완화하기 위해 재산세율을 과표구간별로 0.05% 인하하고, 공정시장가액 비율도 기존 100분의 60에서 100분의 45로 하향 조정했으며 납부기한은 오는 8월 1일까지고, 금융기관의 CD/ATM기나 위택스, 가상계좌 이체 등을 활용하면 은행 방문 없이 편리하게 납부할 수 있다. 

횡성군은 현수막 게시 및 전광판을 이용한 홍보자료 송출 등 재산세가 기한 내 납부가 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 홍보활동을 적극적으로 펼치고 있다.
