[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 양주시가 어르신들의 건강하고 행복한 노후생활을 보장하고 공공돌봄 강화를 위해 노인맞춤돌봄서비스와 응급안전안심서비스 추진에 박차를 가한다고 밝혔다.

 

양주시는 지난해 기존 노인돌봄사업을 통합·개편해 개인별 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 ‘노인맞춤돌봄서비스’를 도입, 일상생활 영위가 어려운 취약노인에 돌봄서비스를 제공해왔다고 전했다.

 

올해는 총사업비 14억원을 투입, 관내 기초생활수급자, 차상위계층, 기초연금수급자인 만 65세 이상 취약계층 어르신 1,150명을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하고, 우선 수행기관 소속 맞춤돌봄서비스 전담사회복지사와 생활지원사가 대상 가정에 직접 방문해 상담 후 생활여건, 건강상태를 고려한 구체적인 서비스 제공계획을 수립한다고 했다.
