이번 감사의 주요 개선요구 사항은 공용 미표시 관용차량 표시 조치, 하이패스카드 통합·운영 관리, 관용차량 지도·점검 정기적 실시, 임차차량 운행목적 준수 및 운행일지 작성 준수, 외곽지역 출·퇴근 근무자 행정지원 추진 등이며, 부적정 사항 지적 및 개선사항 신속 추진을 관련부서에 주문했다.

한편, 감사담당관은 이번 관용차량 특정감사를 통해 포천시 관용차량이 청렴연료로 가득 채워져 시민의 행복을 위해 달릴 수 있도록 이번 개선 요구사항을 관련부서와 함께 적극 추진해 나갈 계획이다.
