[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 28일 가평읍은 정풍산업에서 어려운 이웃들과 나누고자 이웃돕기 성금 100만 원을 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

가평읍에 위치한 정풍산업은 건축, 설계 이와 관련된 컨설팅 업무를 담당하는 회사이며, 이날 기탁된 성금은 사회복지공동모금회를 통해 기초수급자, 차상위계층을 위한 지원 사업에 쓰일 예정이라고 했다.

김인규 대표는 “힘들고 지치는 이때, 이웃과 나눔이 모두 잘 사는 길이라고 생각한다. 모두가 한마음으로 다시 힘을 내는 새해가 되길 바란다.”라고 소감을 밝혔다. 

임상호 가평읍장은 “지역주민과 상생을 실천해준 대표에게 감사를 표한다. 좋은 일에 동참해주는 많은 사람들이 있어 가평읍이 더욱 발전할 것을 기대한다. 어려운 이웃을 위해서 소중히 사용하겠다.” 라며 감사를 전했다.
