[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 임영웅 팬클럽 ‘영웅시대’ 소모임 ‘영웅사랑방’은 지난 7일 경기사회복지공동모금회를 통해 포천시 취약계층 아동을 위한 성금 200만 원을 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

이날 기탁된 성금은 취약계층 아동의 교육비 및 생활비로 월 20만 원씩 정기지원 될 예정이라고 전했다.

유소윤 방장은 “회원들의 작은 정성으로 마련된 성금이 어려운 환경에 처한 아동이 건강하게 생활할 수 있는데 도움이 될 수 있어 기쁘다.”고 말했다.

박윤국 포천시장은 “임영웅 가수의 선한 영향력으로 시작된 팬들의 기부가 지속되어 취약계층 아동들이 밝고 건강하게 자랄 수 있게 힘을 보태주셔서 감사하다.”고 전했다.

한편, 영웅사랑방은 소모임이 결성된 지난 2020년부터 현재까지 매년 임영웅 씨의 생일이 있는 6월과 연말인 12월에 포천시 취약계층 아동을 위해 정기적으로 기탁하는 등 선한 영향력 확장에 앞장서고 있다.
